don't know if you're interested in rescue but there are quite a few site on line that do rehoming and I think theres parrot sanctuary in Lincolnshire, I don't know the requirements though.

Have a look in Cage & Aviary its out on Thursdays.
If its you looking for one on another forum (?) I personally would want to see it before buying - they are very lively birds. We have one who is aged about 20 and came via a distant relative as none of the close family wanted him. He is very talkative and fortunately has grown out of those troublesome teenage years, which some of them have. Also you would want to know he was 100% healthy. After a car journey he will be stressed and you might not spot something until later You could try a rescue, as has been suggested, as there are a lot of parrots looking for homes. Apologies if its not you, or you are already a keeper of one, and I'm just interferring! |

Ive got my african grey, He is a rehomer as his owner has had a motorbike accident and is hospital.
He is 6 years old male called baldrick. |
