stones in indoor enclosures?
just read the benefits and problems that eating stones can have for torts
does anybody put stones in the indoor enclosures ( not those used for ornamentation or shade) but so the tort can choose to eat some / thanks linda |

Generally not, since too much can cause an impaction, or cause damage 'on the way out' which isn't pretty.

i have stones in mine but i made sure that all stones are to big for them to eat .
they try but stones are to big for there mouths buti find it does help with there beaks .. luv becks xxxxx |

I wouldn't add stones to an enclosure they will find what they need when allowed out side Darren |
