Great stuff. I think it was Lisa that was recently asking about that kind of thing, she wanted to be able to check on her torts while she was at work. My one isn't a web cam it's just the cctv type, it would be handy to be able to see it on the computer though

Im sure there are lots of people who would want to do the same, even if just for safetys sake when they are not around. What equipment and cost are involved?

yeah sure no prob. what i did was signed up for free on www.earthcam.com .... i followed the instructions given. i have a built in web camera on my laptop and i registered it free with the website as well. it's ALL free if you already have a webcam. it's very very easy to use website and the instructions are grand. hope this helps.. oh i did not spend a single penny by the way.
