Combined bulb problem

I have a 100w MegaRay bulb that is about 18months old.

It has developed a constant rattle. Yesterday it started Turing itself on and off.

Has anyone else seen this? I think mine could be on its way out....

Definitely sounds like its on the way out to me :S Probably best to change it now before it completely dies on you.

Yeah. I think I will need to get one quite quick.

What are the best ones at the moment? I have seen PowerSun and SolarGlow.
I presume the 125w will give the same sort of UV and heat output as the 100w Megaray?

The 100w Megaray has been replaced, this is now 125w, the megaray also claims to have less deteriation in uv, over the life of the bulb.
