Default Mexico pics

I got married in Mexico a couple of years ago. I thought I would post some of the reptile\animal pics up.

Has anyone seen one of these before?

Thanks Peter, Bindi, Me Shell and Linda.

Bindi - I don't keep terrapins so I don't really know about the conditions. The pond was quite big and the water was clean. They did seem to mix species though.

Me Shell - No frogs were harmed in the making of this thread

Great pictures Where were you in Mexico? The turtle on the right in the second picture is Rhinoclemmys areolata. The first picture is a slider, most likely Trachemys venusta (not sure subspecies). The slider on the left in the second picture is Trachemys venusta cataspila, Huastecan slider.

Thanks for the info Danny.
We stayed in the Iberostar hotels in Playa Paraiso (just outside Cancun).
