Rat Race the crossing

The link to my son and daughter in laws 196m cycle ride, Anna has made a film and put it on you tube, I'm so proud of the pair of them so if anyone wants to watch or is thinking of having a go here it is.

thanks and she even found nice music to go with it, I wouldn't know where to start in editing filming and the scenery was so beautifull in places, when they stopped to see it. If I'd done the race I'd have spent all of the time sitting down and resting, they came in around half way of the 200 people that entered so for a first time that was good, now they're talking about doing the coast to coast in scotland next year which is running, cycling and canoeing

and the best of british to them.

There is some gorgeous scenery and great music. 196 miles is a real challenge so well done to them both and the best of luck for next year
