Default London Zoo Trip PICS HEAVY

The good thing about working at a zoo is you dont have to pay to visit other zoos! Well... there are a million other good things too!

I mostly went to see the new Blackburn Hummingbird and Tropical Pavillion and made Darren (piglet) come too...

No, I havent been surprised from behind... theres a butterfly on my shoulder

The Clore Pavillion

Reptiles

African aviary

It was a gloriously sunny day and I really enjoyed it, even if it took from 5am 'til 11am to get there and from 5pm until after midnight to get home!! Then it was off to Twycross the next day.........

I'm sure you didn't find twycross anywhere near the standard of London zoo.

But you could have popped in here for a cup of tea.

Nice pics Jp.
Is it worth the trip as I have ben promising to take the girls to London Zoo for a while now. Was supposed to go last bank holiday weekend but had to postpone it and hope to make it at half term.

If you had to start out at that hour, no wonder poor Darren looked tired!
