Had a look today, and one of the eggs has a split in the inner membrane, is this a problem?

Yes Dan, when I candled it today , I could see a crack or split inside the shell.

She hasn't tried to get out since first thing this morning , she is just sitting there, and has been for several hours now, how long can this go on for, till she starts trying to get out agin? Should I be concerned, or is she just having a good long rest. Her eyes are open and she wriggles occasionally.
