Herman eggs day 50, what to expect ?
My Herman eggs are on day 50, and have not changed much in about a week, the membrane is still only about half way down , I thought it would be almost completely pulled down by now, and they would ready to hatch next week, is this ok? Temps are around 32 and humidity is always around 75%.

Sounds perfectly normal Suze The membrane won't pull down fully until the little one is ready to hatch.

Day 55, nothing has changed, membranes not fully down yet, but it's dark in the bottom half and white in the top half, I'll take some pics later. Feeling a bit nervous.

Try not to worry Suze. I was in exactly the same position as you last week and worrying myself silly. Even by day 59 the membranes weren't down in Chester's egg. Sounds as if your eggs are doing the same thing. I know you had it all planned out for this week but I'm sure by the weekend or early next week, you'll see some pipping. I'm keeping everything crossed for you and fully understand your anxiety. xxxxx
