I'm a idiot- baby has hatched pics added
Went to check my eggs but dropped my torch and have cracked one of my eggs, god I'm useless at times, is there any thing I can do, or have I killed my hatchling has about a week left maybe

The cracks I've but some of that liquid skin on, but I've fully cracked the egg, god I feel useless

Since it's so close to hatching, you're probably OK. As long as your humidity is high and it doesn't dry out. You could CAREFULLY put a little piece of tape over the crack, but this may impede hatching. Didn't you read the thread "Don't drop stuff on eggs"?

Perhaps posting a pic will show us just how cracked the egg is? If the egg only has a week to go I'd maybe not panic so much

I have put some liquid plaster/ bandage over the cracks down the side but I dunno what to do |
