I totally agree with you on that Alan. I do hope they name him soon, fed up of seeing it on the tv..

I agree but I do think the older more traditional names are quite popular at the moment,my sons are 18 and 15 and their names are traditional,but I hope it is their choice,George or Archie after my son and dog

That is disappointing! I like the names but hoped they would break away from the constraints of royal name choice

I think if you look at the top 10 of baby names you have mostly the old fashioned traditional names anyway

Bullied into 'choosing' the names. Monarchy still in the dark ages. Had things not panned out as they did and Diana had still been around and still with Charles, I think she would have brought them all into the 21st century.. once the queen was out the way anyway. I suspect William is content to just go along with it all and I wasn't impressed by the way he was ordering Catherine where to stand and when to hand the child over to him and when to go back in etc.
I think that Harry would've been more inclined to stand up to them all, he has his mother's attitude I think
