Default Advice on Leopard Geckos.

Am thinking of maybe getting a couple of female Leopard Geckos but want to learn as much as possible first. Wonder if it would be possible to see examples of peoples housing or give me an idea of what we would need so I can start writing a shopping list etc.. lolHave seen faunariums and was told that they are suitable but I thought I'd ask on here before I make any decisions.

I keep leopard geckos, i use repti carpet as a substrate and really like it cleans by going in the washing machine. Not totally natural but no risk of impaction.

Hi Sarah, I thought that you kept them. What type of enclosure do you keep them in and what size would you recommend?

before you buy leopard geckos, look online at caresheets and pictures of crested geckos, they are more simpler to keep and are awesome little things! so pretty!

Neil.

i can post some pics of my little ones if you want?

this is plap, one of my young crested geckos, s/he's unsexed right now because of age but showing some nice colours, i feed them locusts because crickets trash the viv but when i'm inbetween boxes of livefood, i can feed them fruit puree with suppliment in.

cresties are the best thing i've owned since tortoises, i think that you should at least look into these before you buy a leopard gecko.
