Default unlikely friends!

our cat smokie (original i know) a half siamese half russian blue, and our jackapoo, vivi.

these guys aren't very friendly with each other, usually its the cat being a hissy scratchy fiend to the dog, chasing him around the house!

when i walked into the bedroom upstairs one day, imagine my face when i saw both of them TOGETHER eyeing up my gerbils!

i've never seen them together like this!

Maybe it's a competition to see who can eat the gerbils first

when our old dog lost his partner we ended up getting a hamster just so he could sit and watch it perked him up and he forgot about missing his freind, he was pinning pretty bad as it was his mum who'd died and he was fairly old as well and we thought we'd lose him but hammy worked miracles.

haha!

i'm glad you enjoyed the pic, we've got a rat and a hamster as well but cat and dog aren't allowed into the animal room!

i've got a few pics of vivi, if you search this site for 'the blackthorpe bunch', there is another pic of him in that post, but he's not displaying his full cuteness!

i'll post some more at the weekend! how could i refuse!

regards
