MALE OR FEMALE BITS'N'PIECES? (beware explicite pictures)

Thank you very much for those pictures! Today I discovered something pretty similar on my girl and nearly dropped her from a shock. I am pretty sure that she is a female! Then I started panicking whether it is her insides (colon or intestines or whatever can be down there). Then I went through a number of books that I bought but although somewhere they mentioned that a female can have some bits, no one explains how it should look, so I couldn't compare whether it is normal or whether she is seriously ill. Then I went here on the forum.... I am so relieved!!!!

This thread, although a bit embarrassing, has been VERY helpful!
