You need to be for The Vikings !! watched it all over Christmas....ooooooh! It should carry a health warning seriously!!! you will know what I mean.

And I see Game of Thrones is out soon too ......I wish he would write another book.

I didn't make any resolutions as I don't like the pressure of fulfilling them, and then you feel like poop when you don't.
So in light of that, I've given up smoking, and am now vaping. 2nd week...no cigs. Vaping is ok.......still feel like a cig. I feel I'm vaping blinking everywhere bar on the toilet at the moment but taking each day as it comes and I'm not going to beat myself up if I fail. But since I've pretty much stopped drinking alcohol and beat a codeine addiction, quit my civil service job of 13 years, beaten depression, and gotten a new job......I felt ready for the challenge. It wasn't about resolutions or about the money even. I just wanted to do it for me and continue on with changing my life (on my own) xx

Well done Rach, that's amazing, if you can do all that I'm sure you can give up smoking. Good luck.

Good luck.

I am so impressed with how you have been facing up to your challenges. Be great if you can quit the ciggies, but as you say take each day as it comes. I hope you never feel a failure. Life is very hard sometimes. It puts me in mind of the Richard Branson line - there are no problems only challenges. Perhaps we need 'there are no failures only..............'. How about ' a chance to have another go'. Perhaps someone can come up with something better.

Best wishes
Jan
