Manchester 10K

I did the Manchester 10k on Sunday, man was it hot! Lots of people were passing out, I took it steady and recorded 46 mins this time around.

After years of road running the cameraman finally picked me out!!

Well done! Not a bad time either.....I dread to think how long it would take me to run 10K!!
