feeling a bit sore
I was cycling home from work today when I was going pas a queue of traffic on the right hand side (drivers side) when a car (I hadn't seen indicating) turned right, I didn't then have time to stop or swerve enough and collided with the car, turns out when the driver started turning he was looking... left!
Thankfully I am fine but feeling rather sore! I was checked over by paramedics to ensure I was ok and a passing Dr also stopped to give me first aid! (rest of bike looks fine just a bent front wheel)

What a scare that must have been Merlin. I'm so glad you weren't hurt more badly but have a good rest over the weekend and take it easy. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the bruising to come out. x

Yeah, Russ is taking good care of me!
Yes I am still finding bruises (accident happened just before 5pm) and I hurt all over! But nothing seems broken just bashed and one very fat lip! I was very lucky!

It was a very expensive looking merc but I think I only hit the front wheel, judging by all the rubber on by wheel... Thanks I am ok, just sore. Am being very well looked after!

Hope you are not feeling too battered today, maybe have a couple of days off work next week.
Marg.
