Default my weekend tortoise watching

Tea any idea where Amber is?

Awe, just two rocks in a pile...

Sharing the guard duty (after Misha got over yesterday)

I think he is plotting how to get back, but they are ready, and I added some extra height!

Doing chin ups? (this was followed many minutes later with some self righting practice)

Yes he is! Determined, strong, stubborn, intelligent, risk takers, and just a little stupid!

Tea is just adorable! And very sweet with Amber, and Amber with her!

Amber's not silly reaching that aloe, they are more intelligent then we think

And it's lovely that amber and tea get along great, it also has the benefit of only having 2 set ups lets hope tea is female and then they can live together permanently x

Yes they are very clever all 3 of them!

Tea has the sweetest nature and if Amber is stressed she always goes over to her and just sticks by her until she has calmed down.

It is nice having just the big table and less lights on for them! Living room looks bigger again!

My dream is a few more females, a big garden and just one enclosure for them all!

Awww lovely teabag

When you move into a house merl, it will be great to sit outside and watch them, and the hard work in building enclosures, but once done you can reap the rewards x

Yes it will! We hope to be able to start looking in the next year or so... guess I had best start a good tortoise fund!

Just save a small amount each month, but to be honest you can buy or pick up free planks off wood, rocks etc from around or the wood from a builders yard which helps, and second hand tort houses from eBay x
