Oh wow!!! Was just trying to find some of these pics online the other night, but had no luck. I'm reading Timothys Book at the minute, and his shell is apparently preserved at the Natural history museum. Thanks for sharing

Excellent pictures

I've seen Timothy in person too (couple of years ago). The interesting thing is that he isn't from North Africa, like everyone thinks. He's a T.g.ibera from Europe.

I can't beleive I didn't see those when I was there last month. I looked everywhere for tortoises and the closest I could get was this

The second one was a prehistoric Armadillo I believe and very big.
