Got to meet a member
Natalie (natstorts) brought my small run yesterday and I was lucky enough to meet Nat and her mum but best of all I got to see her really lovely torts. I also saw some of the best tables I've ever seen, made by Tom Booth (I think) but they are brillaint work and Nats set ups put many to shame and her young torts are gorgeous. I hope the run is usefull.

It's lovely to meet others who share your passion. I always enjoy meeting other keepers. Tortbabe and I meet at least once a year to talk tortoises all day which is great.
I got to see her torts recently and was so impressed with her set ups and her lovely tortoises

Yes I agree, it's nice to chat 'tortoises' with someone who shares your passion. I met Wendy's (justmeandmytortoise) tortoises recently, they were all gorgeous and her setups are great, very natural x

I still think it would be nice to arrange to meet at the september free tort check at birmingham, it wouldn't matter if you brought your torts or not but its well worth taking them for a free check. I'm sure there must have been other members there in April but if you don't know what they look like you'd never know, we could however meet somewhere either in the car park or somewhere inside, its only £4 to get in and its a nice little place.
