North American Box Turtles
Just wondering if anyone on here keeps any of the 4 (I think!) native north american sub-species?

I keep Three-toed box turtles, Terrapene carolina triunguis and*
Ornate box turtles, Terrapene ornata ornata. There are 11 subspecies of Terrapene in total. |

I passed mine on to my farther-in-law, who now keeps, T c triunguis, T c major, T o ornata and has one female T c carolina.

We have breeding groups of Trianguis, ornata, coahuila, bauri, major, carolina carolina. WE also have a single male of the sub species mexicana.
