As predicted when I went to our store they didnt have any in stock. They did have compost on special which obviously is not suitable for tortoises, so newbies beware make sure you get top soil.

I bought 5 bags of sterilised top soil for the outdoor enclosure from Wicks on Saturday for £13.

That might be the recycled stuff added to top soil to bulk it out, a lot are passing off, the thing is anything can be put in a plastic bag and disposed of chemical's ect, which may not do a lot of harm to plant's, but a substrate i'm getting suspicious.
