Please could someone confirm this is a Broadleaf Plantain as I don't trust my own judgement lol Or tell me whatit is if I'm totally wrong.

Certainly is Broadleaf or also known as Greater Plantain!
A good one! Get some ribwort plantain in there and a nice fibrous element to their meal!
