Exactly what I did when I had twin tortoises,unfortunately mine the twins had big differences in weight, one being 3grms and the other 7 gems. The smaller one went three months but never thrived and eventually died, the other twin is still alive today. If twins have similar weights they are more likely to both survive. And it happens more than you think:0)

I had a set of ibera twins last year and like Sandy's one was really tiny and only survived for a month but the larger one is thriving and has just come out of a three month hibernation.

Oh Vikki this was just so wonderful! After your last video I watched with trepidation....

I made my husband watch it and he loved it too.

So pleased they didn't use mint floss! How thoughtful.

Thank you - a real treat.

Although another panicky feeling that if my incubating eggs hatch I will be worrying about having twins now. Better get some plain floss in. I suppose I will need hot water too at this rate. Someone made a comment that I must not undertake incubating eggs lightly and they were so right. Haven't even got to hatchlings yet.
