Default idea for tort table?

Has anybody ever considered using a cabin bed for a tortoise table??
I know this is completely random but I was thinking of when my two get bigger and the mid sleeper cabin beds came to mind as a way of providing a nice big table (ready made except for lining it if you choose the right type so brilliant if no good at diy like me!!) and also provides lots of nice storage underneath. If my two needed separating when they mature I could consider bunk beds!! - sorry for the slightly random thread but just came into my head so thought I would share!!!
Maybe something like this:-

vikki, I would be thinking that if an indoor enclosure needs to be this big why is not an outdoor facility in place X. X x hugs x x x

Oh I agree but sometimes may need indoor accommodation for early in year and possibly before hibernation?

I do have that already and from next year will have the lighting/heat in it but my two are already in this year and not sure if even with heating I would want them out overnight now, also as at the moment they are young I guess if I was hibernating it would only be for 8 weeks or so?

Does sound good Vikki and quite chic. fab idea if torts were always going to be inside too. hasn't Jonathan got a similar set up, or someone converted a computer desktop which looked good too. Reckon you should trial yours and do demo ! CB

May do in a few years - their indoor accommodation is more than big enough for now and cost a small fortune!! But maybe in the future?!?! - watch this thread
