Corra can you take a picture of the supracaudal scute (the big marginal above the tail) looking down from the top. I'm asking because males eventually get what's called a clam shell shaped scute. It bulges out and curls under, looking very much like a clam shell.
The tail does look a bit male, but the scutes still look female. Danny
