The little sticky leaves are the seed pods left after the petals have fallen off. The real leaves are in the first picture at the bottom on the left hand side.

Not sure what it is but farmers sometimes plant crops like this and then plough them in as it replenishes the soil with some nutrients I believe

That's Rapeseed, same family as wall rocket. It's planted as a crop to harvest the seed for oil. We had it in the field behind us this year and they harvested it on Monday. Heres the picture I took from my back bedroom window, in about May.

I love it when the fields are yellow round where I live. (rapeseed) though isnt that the stuff that makes peoples hayfever worse?

Pic 3 is a plant called aucuba japonica. I don't know if it's toxic though.

Yeah agree the verigated plant has been nailed, some times common called Japaneese Laural. The berries avoided by bird's.
