Ok, a little update

Doesnt appear to be shell rot. The shell appears to be damaged and the blood that was in the shell has come out ( ill take a picture soon ) so how he did it is beyond me!

I have got some iodine to use with the infected area but there is a possibilty he has got burnt from when i was trying to sort the temp's out on the new table.

He will be going in again later this week and next week to check how the shell is doing.

So, its a case of watch this space!

Here is another pic..Took quite a few but doesnt quite show the damage well!

Not a nice situation now knowing 100% what happend.. what is wrong..

But ill be keeping a close eye on the matter and will be getting him checked on by the vets.
