It was only about 3 or 4 inches, but most of it is still around as it's been cold here.

NOTHING can take away the magic of snow for me. As long as I've got snowboots and a sledge I'm well away. And yes I am (allegedly) a grown-up....!
I am very jealous. Boringly mild and drizzly here in the south east of England.
