All in one's are good idea I think but I did have one blow on me in a couple of weeks. Hope to have better luck with the next one. Other people are more expert on here to advise you more than me though

Hi, i currently use a powersun uva/b/heat lamp and it's good, they last for upto 2 years. But i think generally the megaray combined lamps are the best to go with, i brought a megaray as a back up just in case the other blew, but touch wood all is still well. The megaray also has a 2 year warrenty i think, someone with more knowlege will come along and confirm i hope!

The Mega Ray has a six month warranty, and may last up to two years. I prefer it over the powersun, it probably produces more UV and that the decay is less as well so you should get more UVB over its lifespan.
I did like the powersun before I switched over. Kimbosreptiles is known on here for good service and is the dealer for MegaRay in the UK so if you are getting that one you might buy it there

Hi,
http://www.kimbosreptileworld.co.uk/...ted-p-143.html Here you go, we have the lowest decay rates in the market, and some of the best UVB output - why i hear you say, the bulb is the only bulb in the world made by hand from the ground up, the outer glass envelope is hand blown and every Mega-Ray bulb is production line tested before it leaves the factory, with some rather specific build specifications. Its a wonderful product.. Dazza |
