And why do you love this cake so much. Mine is my own home made carrot cake
With a cream cheese, butter cream filling, and the same on top with those lovely little sugar coated choc mini eggs.

I love fatless sponge (with jam and cream)
Chocolate fudge cake
Chocolate walnut cake
They are probably the current top 3 and like you Suze I make them!

I don't I try and remember but always forget... right now tv is all Grand Theft Auto 5 as it just came out and Russ loves it!

I like fatless sponge as its lovely and light and less guilty...

Ok as you know suze i have a very big belly and you dont get one of those by not eating the odd cake
Btw carrot cake is one of my favorites along with lemon drizzle cake
