I was very tempted to contact the seller who had made an offer on it and advise them not to buy a viv for a tort..... wasn't sure whether to or not.....

The seller sent me a message back saying...
"Hi, thanks for your comments, but i didnt put the kit together! its designed by T-REX for tortoises. i dont Know where they got there research from but im sure they have done some. They sell millions of these a year. you could try and get in touch with Underworld(T-rex) and tell them your concerns. many thanks"

Hes now emailed me to say hes ended the listing early and he wants to seriously talk with trex.

So im sure a few of you have added preasure which has made him see sense.
