tortoise vomitted PLEASE HELP

My 2 year old ibera has just been very sick. He really struggled to bring it up and it was horrific. I dont know what to do. I have him in a very shallow bath now to try get him to take a drink. His wee eyes were closed but looked bulging. I dont know what has caused it or anything. He has had rocket the past few days which he really seems to love but maybe he has eaten too much too quickly? I dont know what to do for the best for him

Please help
