I worked after school in a bakery best bit was putting the jam in doughnuts

I was 14 and worked for one weekend in a tropical fish shop but was fired after I corrected the owner over the latin name of a species. He checked it in the book, realised I was right and sent me home with pay.

Then it was Kwik Save

I used to love doing that when I worked in Asda bakery. You always got more jam when I was working

After sixth form i went straight into veterinary nursing, fantastic job, stayed there till four years ago when i had my little boy.

my first job at the age of 15 was to work at a wet fish shop every night from school and all day saturday working in the shop and washing the bosses car , £4 per week

I was going to say YTS in a shop & was paid £23.50 a week for full time but then I remembered I had a Saturday job in an ice cream factory - I remember I used to have to fill those big square tubs hold it under a pipe shooting out ice cream & move it about - I always wanted to eat it as it came out the pipe!!

At 14 I started taping drywall for my uncles company. Made $15 per hour U.S.
