pnumonia

the vet said my tort has pnumonia but the only symptom he has is opening has is opening hs mouth to breathe and not eating and bit sleepy but he does look at the food. he doesnt have a runny nose or runny eyes or anythng? do u think it stil s pnumonia and i have anti biotics shall i continue to gve them had them for few days. I went to a diff vet surgery yesterday as mine was off and was stll worried they sed there is no way of telling what is wrong with tortoises without sendin off poo sample and ya cant give it anti biotics wen u dnt no whats wrong with it? it is a little more awake now today and last night stl not eating thnough he was awake this morning before lights went on. ive been keeping him warm and bathing hiim in a vitemn thing the vet gave me and keep giving him a little water with a syringe and bathng his eyes n mouth to keep him refreshed what shall i do?
