ceramic bulb

Hi

just wanted to know the difference between the black/white komodo ceramic bulbs apart from the colour.Its for night time heat.

I'm the proud owner of willow,a hatchling hermann tortoise.

Now that its getting colder i want to get a ceramic for night time heat,i've got a lamp holder and pulse proportional thermostat.

IMO, try the Komodo radiant heat ceramic heat emitters, rigged to your thermostat. Set at about 18-20degrees. So long as your stand is the large (I wouldn't bother with the smaller sizes) and the holder can take the wattage. It should do the trick. Set it back..and try angling it in... Maybe a 75w or a 100w ..I think would be ok.
