Default Burmese Browns shed and run

The shed is 6`6" x 6` with 100mm insulation on the floor and walls with 2x 100mm layers as roof insulation.
This was done last October and was perfect over winter.

They love to hide away at times

The inside of the shed will be slightly re done soon to give a corner of deep leaves

He's the little fella I met at the Justmeandmytortoise meeting isn't he? Very scratchy ha ha Does your daughter still find him scratchy Gary?

I meant to post my comment on the pics of Bunk and Momma but got a bit confused, but your set-up is lovely, you've obviously got it just right and it's working well judging by the way they look.

How big are Bunk and Momma now?

Hi Bindi,

Yes that was Bunk and he is calmer when handled now.

Bunk is 1.3 kg
Momma is 1.1 kg

both about 19cm

Bunk tends to sleep in the cold frame at night where Momma likes the shed. I have to laugh because Bunk has 5-6 different toads and frogs that sleep in a log tunnel inside the cold frame with him.
the misters keep it damp in the run and the cold frame. The shed stays at about 80-90 % humidity.

all in all they seem happy.

Cheers

Gary
