Cheers for the comments Kirkie and Andy, lol she could play better football than our local team does.
We now leave bits of food all over the enclosure she tends to finish eating and on her way back to the Mint bush bed lol will find more food and eat that. As a result she is eating much more now than she ever did and is back on track with her weight gain.

Yes Bindi I have to do as my wife tells me lol. I`ll have a check and let you know her size.

Geomyda they are a great tortoise to keep, a bit too laid back sometimes but so different to other torts I have seen.

lol Bindi, our daughter will be glad you said that, she won't pick momma up because she says she always scratches her, we deny it of course, but yes they are fidgity things compared to other species, very spiky too...
