I'm not a big 'classic' horror fan - you know the slasher type films. I like psychological, creepy type films though. Like the original 'Whicker Man' - that is fantastic!
I also love the old Hammer horror films, busty women, evil hunchbacks, wobbly sets and lots of hamming it up. Great!

I watched 1408 today! Quality film, but I like the ending in the book more.

How refreshing for a man to admit that. Men usually act hard and say they're not scared. Well done you.

Rach....aha, that was Tina!!
I also liked Hannibal Rising, probably the best of the lot of them even if it was far fetched and not a horror.

I'm not sure exactly what defines a horror though, is it scary + gory or just scary? I saw that film about those people in the woods with a camera, (forgotten the title) it was crap but was meant to be scary so not sure if it was a horror or not. Is Jaws a horror? Does a horror have to involve the supernatural?
