Hi!
I rushed in here last week to post about a missing torty - now found, and I did say I would come in and introduce myself the next day ... ok it took a week for me to get to the introduction!
I live in Weston-super-Mare with a husband and two tortoises! My two are Iberas and I've had them since they were hatchlings which was 14 years ago. They are Mika Hakkinen Tortoise and Jacques Villeneuve Tortoise - but usually referred to as Miks or Pots and JV. I'm a textile artists and am currently working on a distance learning degree combining Understanding Art and Photography for what will eventually (hopefully) be a degree in Creative Arts. I love prog rock music and my keyboard playing hubby released his first album, Fantasy Bridge earlier this year - though that isn't his full time job! I also love reading and various handicrafts. Hope that will do as an intro - if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask me Sue |

Great names - I was an Eddie Irvine fan, though clearly remember Mika Hakkinen having a pet tortoise.
Welcome Sue!

Hello and welcome! I think that you've missed out one of your 'loves' though as I'm taking a wild guess that you are an F1 fan!
I might check out that album too - well done to your husband! |
