Bolder and the hatchlings had to go to shirley aquatics for the weekend and he was so hungry when we picked them up I don't think he'd eaten all weekend. If he could smile I think he would have done and apart from getting stuck into his pellets he is also showing a lot more interest in his greens. I think he thought he was being 'gotten rid of' and that he'd better be a good boy and eat up as he doesn't want that to happen again. His legs were going and his mouth eating the food before he actually got put down in the table I really think he was so pleased to be home. The hatchlings were fine and ate up and were very popular in the shop with lots of oooo's and aaaaa's and the staff didn't want to let them come home but Bolder just hated it, he backed into his 'tunnel' and never came out.

Hi Ann. Any struggles you're having with him eating will soon pass. When I first got Larry she wouldn't eat grass or weeds. I think others with sullys would agree that at some point they go from being picky to eating machines!! That's where the infamous fast growth comes from I think. It still amazes me how fast they grow even when you try to control it. Just enjoy the ride, it will blow your mind! Right Ed? Lol
