Default Edna

My 10 year old female horsfield Edna weighs 1000 grams ! She has steadily gained this since coming into my care.

I stopped weighing my torts weekly as I felt I was worrying too much about weight gain. I weigh them now month to two monthly.

I have looked on the McIntyre graph and am unsure of its correctness.

What do you guys think?

Are you sure shes 10? I was told my 1000g Horsfield was 7 when I took her on, more likely wild caught and who knows 20 years+ maybe?

Sound about a good healthy weight.

When you measure SCL you want to measure the full streight line distance of the upper shell so she is probably longer than 16cm.
