thats a serious amount of worms, you need to worm it straight away as well as any others you have.

yeah they look like round worms, and its a bad case of worms.... every time you fed him, them worms will eat the food and he will slowly starve of all his nutrines and stuff, so yes you need to worm him asap, i heard you can worm with panacur but i wouldn't know the dose or anything, maybe ask a vet
