What Sex Are These 2

My two torts are also humping. They're approximately 3 years old and think they're both female.
One of them is constantly at it with the other one and I've read previously it's a dominance thing but really not sure what to do next.
They both live in a spacious tortoise table I built, but do you think I should separate them? Or will they 'grow' out of it?

Post some plastron pictures of them both to get them sexed correctly.

Here we are Ross, just ignore the cracked plastron on thomas....happened before we got them poor thing!

Thomas - Approx 100mm
Lily - Approx 92mm
