Default Identification of Hermans subspecies please ??

Hi,
I wonder if someone could help me identify the subspecies of my 2 hermans. They come from the same parents, but a year apart. I think they are girls. Jessie is 5 and Titch is 4.
This is Titch:

Sorry, my son helped me with this now, but I still managed to make a mess of it.
Apologies

Thanks fro your help there. Are you sure that both are male? Jessie used to have a sibling from the same clutch whose tail was a lot longer. We were quite sure that he was male, but her tail has always been much shorter than his.
