Default three mobile broadband problems

ok so im having issues, in a CONTRACT (really beginning to hate that word) with three on a mifi deal, nothing but slow speeds and disconnecting just been on phone moaning and they took me through all the steps on reseting and checking my coverage.. i have great coverage...apparantly. half and hour on the phone and god knows what that will be on my bill, but it seemed ok on the page he asked me to load, get off the phone and in the past 20 mins its disconnected me 4 times and trying to play a video online.... wont even go there, ive now sent them another email requesting they call me so i dont pay the phone bill, has anyone ever been in this situation, or managed to get out of a contract by moaning on at them until they get bored...im getting rather fed up now and the thought that im have to pay for this service for 18 months is getting to me.....rant over lol any suggestions anyone pleassseee? x

My hubby feels the same as you about Three. I am with them and fine them fine.

I understand your fustration but dont have a sollution. Hubby has accepted he has to see the 18months out, sorry
