I admit I've been that bad too but when we were about 8 years old or something and no more sense.

you would not believe how numbing that water is in just minutes

its just so stupid, we have had loss of life here, people & dogs

people are letting their dogs off the lead, poor things dont know any different and run on to the ice, please please keep your dogs on a lead around frozen water

as for people, all i can say, is theres a awful lot of "care in the community" these days

It is absolutely crazy and makes you cringe when you think what could happen in a matter of seconds,there have been a few children and adults unfortunately got caught out in this bad weather,so sad.
