its just so stupid, we have had loss of life here, people & dogs
people are letting their dogs off the lead, poor things dont know any different and run on to the ice, please please keep your dogs on a lead around frozen water as for people, all i can say, is theres a awful lot of "care in the community" these days |

It is absolutely crazy and makes you cringe when you think what could happen in a matter of seconds,there have been a few children and adults unfortunately got caught out in this bad weather,so sad.
