Emma - I was lovely and warm and snug. It really worked. It was just after being out for a few hours my feet started to feel cold. I loved that feeling of being warm in that cold temperature - invigorating! Good excuse for hot chocolates too.
It sounds really lovely Jan. I’m so glad you had such a wonderful dream trip. A colleague of my husbands went a couple of years ago and wasn’t lucky enough to see the lights when he was there, so for you to see them and experience so much more sounds like a dream come true for you.
Good to hear you felt cosy with all that on. That’s it then - a balaclava for me next winter. The kids will be horrified!!

I also went husky sledding and loved it.

Norway is very special. My first visit there. A trip of a lifetime.
Oh wow that sounds absolutely wonderful, lucky you .

I think it illegal to keep reptiles in Norway. My brother lives there and his step daughter wanted a tortoise after seeing mine, but she couldn't have one. I don't think it would be ideal any way !

How sunny was yesterday !!!! and now its Sub station Zero (was that a Russian film)...rock Hudson, do you remember or was it ice station zero...mmm

Do you watch Shetland - love the floki accents. Love the lead character actor. He needs a tortoise to keep him happy though. I would love to visit there one day but nearly in Norway ! CB

No I haven't seen Shetland - will give it a go, as long as no violence!

I would love to go there too. I have on my wish list a big tour of the remote areas of Scotland.
