Default Cut on neck

I have come home from work to find what looks like a small cut on Ginos neck I have given him a bath he had a poo and has eaten and is now stomping around so it's obviously not causing him any distress, looking on some threads on here it looks like putting sudocrem on it might be ok can anyone advise please

Grace had a cut on her neck and I applied sudocrem on it with a cotton bud, it took two week and she looks fine now. x

Do you know how it happened? Could one of the other torts have caused it or it there anything sharp that he could have caught himself on. Would be a good idea to investigate the cause to prevent any more damage.

Not sure he's in a table on his own and theres nothing in there he can hurt himself on, I think he has maybe scratched himself although I'm not sure how he'd manage that! I can't feel any rough bits on his shell but it does look like he's shedding skin around his neck so maybe it's that?
