A turtle believed to be a red earred slider has been handed in at a vets in east london after being found in a park, the vets are either looking for the owner to come forward or some one to rehome this chap, as they don't have the facilities for long term care. If you are interested or Are aware of anyone with a missing turtle fitting the description please contact me via pm thanks

There are many red ears that have been released "into the wild" after the Ninja Turtle TV craze so it could have been in the park for some time! They seem to be doing quite well in the wild but are negatively affecting local populations (fish and ducklings!)
